Hello there!
Today I thought that I'd show you an ab workout that I do both in cheerleading and athletics (probably used for many other sports as well).
1 exercice, 3 variations:
On the go, this is the only picture I could find but I'll put some of myself when I find time for it
This is aproximatly the position you want to have, but you're gonna start out with lower arms and legs (without touching the floor) and you are going to go up ( try to make your feet and legs touch) and down
Your personal plan should look something like this if you are an ab-beginner:
(This is quite perfect for the holidays because you are left with (almost) no excuses to do it)
PS: think that you are going upwards, not forward with your back :)

- 2nd day: x10
- 3rd day: x15
- 4th day: 20
- 5th day: 25
- 6th day: 30
- 7th day: rest

Here are the first cheerleading goals that I hope to achieve at the latest before regionals (Alsace)
